Each digital chart is divided into several numbered pages, and in 2 versions with symbols in black and white and in color ... moreover your data will be affixed in a very light watermark on the chart .. A useful advice that I invite you to follow: when you will receive the your digital pattern, save it on your PC in a special folder that you have created, and do not be impatient, before printing the whole pattern, study it on the screen, decide if you will actually stitch it immediately or later, print only the page dedicated to the information and to the color legend, and study it, checking at home what you have and what you lack ... Only in this way you will have an accurate and sure idea of when to start the new project, and on which version of the chart to print, whether in color or in black and white ... it is not necessary to print the whole chart, but to print only what you actually need ...
SCHEMI DIGITALI: come funziona? Tutti gli schemi cartacei anche quelli più vecchi, ormai fuori produzione, sono stati tutti convertiti in formato PDF, ogni schema che voi sceglierete di acquistare, vi verranno inviati all'indirizzo email che avrete usato per fare l'acquisto ,entro 48-72 ore (2-3 giorni) dal lunedì al giovedì, ma non durante il fine settimana. Ogni schema è suddiviso in più pagine numerate, ed in 2 versioni a simboli in bianco e nero ed a colori...inoltre sullo schema verranno apposti in filigrana leggerissima i vostri dati.. Un consiglio utile che vi invito a seguire: quando riceverete il vostro schema digitale, salvatelo sul vostro PC in una apposita cartella che avrete creato, e non siate impazienti, prima di stampare tutto lo schema, studiatelo a video, decidete se effettivamente lo ricamerete immediatamente o più avanti, stampate solo la pagina dedicata alle informazioni ed alla legenda colori, e studiatela, controllando in casa ciò che avete e ciò che vi manca... Solo così avrete un idea accurata e sicura su quando iniziare il nuovo progetto, e su quale versione dello schema stampare, se a colori o in bianco e nero... non è necessario stampare tutto lo schema, ma stampare solo ciò che di esso effetivamente vi serve...
Returning or replacing something

a) the provision of services if provision thereof has already begun, with the consumers agreement before the end of the period referred to in Article 64 Paragraph 1;
c) the supply of goods made to the customers specifications or clearly customised or which, by virtue of their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
d) the supply of digital cross stitch chart or origila paper chart which have been opened by a consumer;
e) the supply of books and charts);
We also remind you that, for copyright reasons, we cannot accept returned books and/or publications, such as charts, magazines and similar items.
Furthermore, we DO NOT ACCEPT the request for replacement of original papercharts because they are worn out by manual use, especially if it is done after years from the purchase of the paper charts itself, nor the request for the return of digital chart lost by the buyer due to negligence in the custody of the same or for computer problems of the customer
If original paper chart has deteriorated after years of use, or if you have lost the original digital chart file, do not ask us to replace or send you the electronic file again, for obvious reasons, the goods will have to be ordered again.

a) la prestazione dei servizi se la prestazione è già iniziata, con l'accordo dei consumatori prima della fine del periodo di cui all'articolo 64, comma 1;
c) la fornitura di beni confezionati su misura del cliente o chiaramente personalizzati o che, per loro natura, non possono essere rispediti o rischiano di deteriorarsi o alterarsi rapidamente;
d) la fornitura di schemi punto croce digitali o schemi cartacei originali aperti da un consumatore;
NON SI ACCETTA inoltre la richiesta di sostituzione di schemi originali cartacei perchè usurati dall'uso manuale, soprattutto se essa viene fatta dopo anni dall'aqcuisto dellp schema cartaceo stesso, nè tantomento la richesta di rinvio di schemi digitali andati persi dall'acquirente per incuria nella custodia degli stessi o per problematiche di computer del cliente.
