Tutti i disegni per ricamo a punto croce in esso riportato sono di mia esclusiva proprietà , solo io ne detengo il copyright e la possibilità di rivenderne al pubblico lo schema , sia esso cartaceo che in formato digitale.

Prima di tale periodo le opere sono ancora soggette a "diritto d'autore", o copyright, il che vuol dire, in sintesi, che solo il proprietario dei diritti  può decidere:
quanto costa un'opera;
se può essere pubblicata o no;
il suo utilizzo
chi la distribuisce e come e l'uso che ne viene fatto.
 
Quando leggete sul mio sito ( ma vi può capitare anche su altri siti) "© Copyright 1994-1999- 2000-2001-2002-2003 ........ 2023 di Laura Gabutti" questo non significa che il mio copyright finisce nell'anno 2015...  gli anni in esso segnalati stanno a significare le date di creazione ed eventuale modifica delle "opere " in esso contenute....
Per quanto riguarda i miei disegni a schema per ricamo a punto croce essi sono mie creazioni originali, e protetti dal diritto d'autore (Copyright), e dal marchio registrato,  di cui io ne conservo in "toto" tutti i diritti! perciò è serevamente vietato , pena sanzioni per violazione di Copyright,  fare fotocopie, scannerizzazioni, o addirittura riprodurre, copiandolo sui programmi appositi per punto croce, qualsiasi mio schema originale per ridistribuirlo o rivenderlo, sono inoltre vietate ed illegali la modifica anche parziale, la riproduzione ed il plagio delle istruzioni interne dello schema originale, la riproduzione elettronica in qualsiasi maniera compreso lo scanning,ed il tentativo di mailing tramite web, forum, blog, siti illegali di storaggio e download di file e immagini violate e rubate......Ogni trasgressione verrà punita secondo i termini di legge.

Per quanto riguarda invece i miei SCHEMI GRATUITI  presenti su questo sito,essendo stati disegnati da me, Laura gabutti  Lattuada sono anch'essi protetti dal Copyright, per cui valgono le stesse regole applicate agli schemi di cui sopra, potete però scaricare una copia per ogni schema e ricamarla fermo restando che non potete  fotocopiare, creare kit e/o rivendere i presenti schemi gratis: in parole povere, non vi è permesso ricavare denaro dal mio lavoro se io stessa, in prima persona non lo faccio, poichè offro gratuitamente questi schemi che sono opera del mio ingenio e su cui gravano i diritti d'autore. Lo scopo finale dei lavoretti che avete creato o creerete utilizzando i miei schemi gratuiti dovrebbero essere quello di gratifica per voi stesse o come dono per i vostri cari siano essi parenti o amici... 
Se comprate un mio schema originale, sia esso cartaceo o digitale,  o scaricate dal mio sito uno schema originale gratuito  voi avete comprato il diritto limitato al solo vostro uso personale di ricamo dello schema  e null'altro... in pratica, comprando o scaricando un mio schema originale, venite in possesso solo del disegno cartaceo o schema  ricamabile, cioè la vostra prioprietà si ferma allo schema cartaceo e non oltre, per i diritti di copyright sopra citati non potete commercializzarlo, o fotocopiarlo o ridistribuirlo in alcuna maniera....poichè non ne detenete i diritti d'autore, non ne siete cioè nè il creatore nè l'ideatore, insomma non è il prodotto del vostro ingenio o del vostro lavoro!  vi consiglio vivamente di leggere anche le FAQ sugli utilizzi degli schemi.... e questo vale per qualsiasi schema in commercio coperto da copyright!

When you read on my site (but it can also happen on other sites) "© Copyright 1994-1999- 2000-2001-2002-2003 ........ 2023 by Laura Gabutti" this does not mean that my copyright ends in the year 2015... the years indicated in it signify the dates of creation and possible modification of the "works" contained therein....
As regards my cross-stitch embroidery scheme designs, they are my original creations, and protected by copyright and registered trademark, of which I retain all rights in full! therefore, it is strictly forbidden, under penalty of sanctions for violation of Copyright, to make photocopies, scans, or even reproduce, by copying it onto the appropriate programs for cross stitch, any of my original patterns for redistribution or resale. Furthermore, even partial modification, reproduction is prohibited and illegal. and the plagiarism of the internal instructions of the original scheme, the electronic reproduction in any way including scanning, and the attempted mailing via the web, forums, blogs, illegal storage and download sites of violated and stolen files and images..... Any transgression will be punished according to the law. If you are asking to yourself "When I'm buying or downloading an original Passione Ricamo Chart what I 've really bought?" ( the following rules are the same for all the original cross stitch chart in the world protected by copyright) You have purchased the right to limited use of the original paper chart pack you have bought or downloaded in the free section. You do not own the pattern itself or any rights to same. The designer listed on the pattern retains sole ownership of the pattern. Your right to the pattern is restricted to use for your personal production of a stitched cross stitch piece . You do not have the right to commercially or personally distribute the pattern, or incorporate the pattern into a derivative design to be published. Electronic or mechanical reproduction of this pattern, except for your own personal use, is strictly prohibited under Italy and International copyright laws. About my Cross Stitch original Design on sales : You can buy on or more original chart for your personal use, for stitch or collect them, but you can't, because it is illegal,redistribuite, sell or give away any reproduction of the original char, rechart, modity, kit or reproduce these original charts, instructions or color labels, in any manner, including but non limited to photocopying, printing on paper or any electronic reproduction method, including scanning, and posting to the internet.

All the free charts  in the freebie section were  designed by me, Laura G. Lattuada :feel free to download one copy of each chart and stitch them BUT you may NOT be kitted or sold or post by email into the WEB my freebie.These designs are for hand stitching only.!  Free doesn't mean that you can sell the patterns to make money. You can't do this.  I still own the copyright for these designs and I reserve all rights to them, including the right to license them for other uses.   In a very simply words, you can't make money from my work if I don't make money from my work.
