D'inverno ho la fortuna di avere una civetta bianca che visita gli alberi del mio giardino.... e quando fa molto freddo e il prato si ricopre di brina è quasi impossibile vederla...Ma mi piace pensarla come la messaggera della Signora della Neve...Ed ecco da dove nasce l'idea di questa "Mylady" medioevale, io la vedo così, in compagnia della sua civetta, vestita con il suo splendido abito di raso e velluti, ed il morbido mantello lucente di brina.......

During the winter time, I'm so blessed and lucky to receive in my garden the visit of a white, beauty owl...When it's very cold and frost , it's qiete impossible to seew the white owl flying on the garden... But I love to think at her as a messenger of the Mylady of the Snow...I can imagine them close togheter, stand up in the snow and frost,and I like to think of this spirit as a medieval beauty lady, with a stunning dress and a shimmering white cloack...Winter time is much more warm and lovely with a "mylady" od the Snow and her faithful white owl to stitch along....
